Shipping policy
All the purchases in the MEG Jewels® e-commerce are processed in 2-3 working days following the date of the order. Once processed, the order is issued and physically shipped from the address of the MEG Atelier - usually within 4-7 working days, following the date of the purchase - except for any delays of which the customer will be informed. The courier usually used by MEG Jewels for shipments is SDA. Once shipped, the box is delivered (to the delivery address indicated during the purchase) usually after 3 - 5 working days. Any advances or delays in delivery times will not be the responsibility of the sender.
The shipping costs are calculated at the check out, based on shipping address (Italy, Europe or worldwide) and numers / weight of items. Ordinary Delivery (Italy only) is free on min. orders 60€. Free for the 'pick up in person at the Atelier MEG'. Any return shipments will be charged to the customer, see more details here.
